Q: What is the view from the condo?

A: The view from each lanai is pictured above.   “Sunrise,” the second floor unit, has a view looking East overlooking a small park and fountain. (Top photo, above).    “Sunset,” the fourth floor unit, has a top floor view looking West.  (A photo of the view from the lanai is provided above). 

Q:  How close are you to the pool and clubhouse?

A:  We are in building 8, next to the pool and clubhouse.

Q:  Can I check-in on-property and at any time of day?

A:  Yes. 

Q:  Do you have a stroller, high-chair, and crib?

A:  Yes.  We provide an umbrella stroller, a high-chair, and a pak-n-play.

Q:  Do you have internet access?

A:  Yes. The condo has its own wireless internet.  Each condo has as an internet-connected desktop computer as well.

Q:  Do you have games for kids?

A:  Yes - tucked away in the closets you will find Disney movies, board games, toddler toys, and video games .  The clubhouse also has a video arcade, foosball, billiards, and a movie theatre. 

Q:  Is there an extra charge for using resort facilities?

A:  No.  Renting our unit gives you owner access to the pool, jacuzzi, jogging path, workout room, clubhouse, and movie theatre.  Just show your receipt to the concierge on your first day for a full access pass.

Q:  How close are you to the theme parks and convention center?

A:  Half a mile to the convention center, two miles to SeaWorld, four miles to Universal Studios, five miles to Disney.  All can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

Q:  Are these the pictures of the unit I would be renting?  Or is this a model unit?

A:  These are pictures of our units -- the one you would be renting.  We only publish photos of our units.
