Our “Sunrise” unit features professionally decorated master bedrooms with king sized beds. The third bedroom in both units has a daybed and trundle with twin sized mattresses.
The condo is kid friendly with board games, toys, and video games.
Adults can keep entertained as well with flat screen TVs and DVD players in each bedroom and living room, a desktop computer with internet connection as well as free wi-fi internet.
If you prefer not to eat out every night, the unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Dinner service, pots, pans, mixers, tea kettle, coffee maker, etc, etc.
Get the amenities of home while vacationing, with central air, ceiling fans in every bedroom and full sized washer and drier, iron and ironing board.
For your added convenience, we offer 24 hour Check-in on site, which allows you to avoid the hassle of driving to an out of the way management company site. (Some are 15 miles away in Kissimmee).
“Sunrise” is located in Building 8, close to the pool and clubhouse. (No long walks if you forget sunscreen or beach towels!)
“Sunrise” is a vacation home - not a typical Orlando weekly rental unit. You’ll enjoy the many upgrades and luxuries that come with the unit.

The unit is decorated to an even higher standard than our first unit, Vista Cay Sunset.
That means florida-themed high end furniture, upgraded bedding and mattresses, flat screen televisions in every room, video games and board games for the kids, and a fully outfitted kitchen.
A bright and cheery corner unit, you will enjoy the view overlooking the fountain and horseshoe park.
A 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit - Vista Cay Sunrise comfortably sleeps up 6 adults and is just steps to the pool and resort amenities in the clubhouse.
Two bedrooms have king sized beds. The third bedroom has two twins.
