2. Vista Cay Sunrise

Our new second floor 3 br/2ba 1,247 sq foot vacation condo with sunny morning lanai overlooking a small park and fountain.

Both condos are at 5000 Cayview (Building 8) located next to the resort pool and clubhouse. 

Both feature 2 professionally decorated master bedrooms with king sized beds.  The third bedroom in both units has a daybed and trundle with twin sized mattresses.  [In addition, the top floor “Sunset” unit also has a bonus bunk area with bunk beds and a slide)].   

The condos are kid friendly with board games, toys, and video games. 

Adults can keep entertained as well with flat screen TVs and DVD players in each bedroom and living room, a desktop computer with internet connection as well as free wi-fi internet.

If you prefer not to eat out every night, the units come with fully equipped kitchens.  Dinner service, pots, pans, mixers, tea kettle, coffee maker, etc, etc.

Get the amenities of home while vacationing, with central air, tropical ceiling fans in every bedroom and full sized washer and drier, iron and ironing board. 

For your added convenience, we offer 24 hour Check-in on site, which allows you to avoid the hassle of driving to an out of the way management company site.  (Some are 15 miles away in Kissimmee).  For added security, the door key codes are changed after every visitor.  (Many other vacation home owners never change their codes).

Both our condos are in Building 8, close to the pool and clubhouse.  (No long walks if you forget sunscreen or beach towels!) 

We have a strict no-smoking, no pets rule.  (Our children have severe allergies -- please respect the prohibition.)

Both our units are rated 5 out of 5 Stars by Trip Advisor.  We were recently awarded “Top Vacation Rental in Orlando” for 2011 by Flipkey.  We look forward to making your trip to Orlando a relaxing and pleasant experience!
